Ways to Get Involved
Regular Clubhouse Activities
Neighbors are welcome to join in regularly scheduled activities. Each activity has a “contact person” who can answer your questions and get you started. All contact information is shared on the CPF Courier with a calendar of activities sent out via email on the first day of every month. Activities include:
1st Tuesdays @1PM: Art Club (Beeb B. – contact form down below)
2nd Mondays @1PM: Book Group (Donna C. – contact form down below)
2nd & 4th Tuesdays @1PM: Board & Tile Games (Just show up!)
Alternating Tuesday Evenings @6PM: Poker (Bob R.)
Last Thursdays @6:30PM: Bingo OR Movie Night (Just show up!)
2nd & 4th Fridays @4PM: Happy Hour! BYOB (Just show up!)
Pickle Ball currently meets weekly, but not regular times (Contact Pat R. to get on the TeamReach App for game times)

Special Community Events
We often have a special event most months. These include annual Chili Cook-offs, Cinco de Mayo celebrations, Mardi Gras, Holiday Open House, among other things. It’s an enjoyable way to get to know your neighbors!
These events are announced via The CPF Courier Newsletter and emails. If you are not on the distribution list for these communications, contact Pat R. to be on the email list (via the form at the bottom of this page).
Serving on the HOA Board and/or Committees
Our annual Homeowners’ Meeting happens in October. This is when we have elections for new Board members to replace those whose terms have ended. This is an important way to help our community.
We also have a Landscaping Committee that works as a liaison between the homeowners and the landscaping businesses. If you are interested in volunteering with this committee, send an email to PryseFarmLandscape(at sign)gmail.com.
From time to time we have ad hoc committees to address various issues. Our community has the responsibility of a clean-up mile on McFee Road through Farragut’s Adopt-A-Mile program. This happens on a quarterly basis and is currently led by Rob and Mary. If you are interested in volunteering with this group, email Rob and Mary.
All are important to making our community a thriving place to live.
